Rent 3 bedroom house in Lehi

I have a home with a vacant room, the person who qualifies must be quiet and peaceful. I prefer a student as I am a Teacher and a manager. I spend lots of time away from home but when I am there I require peace. This is a short term rental with a 90 day to a year rental. Terms will be discussed at time of acceptance. I am a Marine corps veteran and very active in the community.
