Cooking is allowed as long as you clean up afterwards. Washer and dryer is on the property and you can use it as long as you are respectful of the time of use.We are looking for just 1 person. No drugs, smoking (this includes weeds & vaping), responsible (pays rent on time), respectful (cleans up after yourself & not make loud noises when someone is sleeping, etc.).
