Rent a room in Totem Lake

Available 07/01Hello,I'm looking for a long term renter who has a steady job, is responsible, and clean. No weirdos, no drama. There is one other renter here. We both are friendly, quiet, and clean.Im located in the Juanita area of Kirkland near Juanita Beach. Close to 405, 40+ restaurants, Lake Washington Institute of Technology, Amazon Prime, Google, Virginia Mason Clinic, Evergreen Hospital, and much more. Rent is $1,100 per month including the following utilities: Electricity, gas, A/C, water, sewer, garbage, and fiber internet. Total move in costs are $ first month. $1,100 last month. $700 damage deposit.$100 cleaning deposit. $45 background check fee. We can possibly make an arrangement for a payment plan for part of this.The house is furnished, the bedroom is not. The ugly rug in the room is gone!I have 2 small well behaved dogs. They are very sweet. References required. The room is for one person. No children. No pets.Cigarettes or vaping outside only please.
