Rent 3 bedroom house in Clairemont

Thanks for looking! I am looking for a clean and respectful professional to occupy one of the rooms at the house I am renting. I do have a 6 year old daughter that stays with me half of the time. Property is shared with another tenant, but they do not live in the house. The home:-3 bed 2 bath home located in Clairemont.-The 805 and 163 freeways are both easily accessible.-Fenced backyard.-Spacious kitchen and living room area.-A stones throw away from Convoy and good eats!-Washer and dryer.-Gas stove.-Dishwasher.-Lots of street parking.-The home is fully furnished (aside from your room). -Lounge area in backyard patio.-Weight bench and workout area.-Your own personal bathroom across the hallway from your room.-Cleaning lady comes once a month (split cost). -The entire rent amount also covers all of the utilities. -You are welcome to use all my kitchenware/dishware. About me:-42 year old male IT professional.-Have a 6 year old daughter that stays with me half of the time.-Hobbies include staying active. going on runs, hikes, camping, off-roading, trying out new restaurants just to name a few.-I do not smoke and rarely drink.-I am usually at my partners house when I do not have my daughter with me. -I like to maintain and clean and organized household.-I do not do huge parties, but I like to have friends and small get togethers once in a while. Potential roommate:-Preferably a responsible professional in their mid 30's/early 40's. -Can pay rent on time.-No preference in gender.-Small dogs are okay (no cats, I'm allergic).-Someone who is respectful of the cleanliness and maintenance of the house (you don't need to be a neat freak, but please pickup after yourself). -Have a personality.-Overall, someone who is friendly, respectful, and someone who my daughter can get along with.
