Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Westminster

I have a room for rent in a 2 bed 2 bath condo. The unit is on the 3rd floor. The $1200 includes rent and all utilities plus wifi. There is a private bathroom attached to your bedroom. There is a shared living room with a patio and a shared kitchen. Washer and dryer are in unit. The unit has a pool that is open summer months. The current landlords are in the process of putting in new floors and updating all new appliances. I am a 29 year old professional female, and pretty much keep to myself while at home. Current roommate is moving out, but it’s a really easy space to share with two people. Unfortunately the landlords do not allow any fur babies. I look forward to chatting with you!
