Rent a room in Chicago

I am a professional in my thirties, looking for someone to sublet my current roommate's room. We live in a 3 flat, so it's minimal people and we're all very close. We are also in a cozy part of Roscoe Village with plenty of walkable restaurants, bars, boutiques, and grocery stores (Trader Joe's/Mariano's). The property is maintained beautifully and is fenced in front and back. The back being furnished to spend time outdoors :) The apartment is fully furnished, including the kitchen, so all you need to bring is your bedroom.Laundry is in the basement, and it's a breeze. It's fully covered as you make your way down, so it's not bad at all. There are only three units using it so it's always clean too. It's also free. You must be okay with a well behaved small dog. He's an extra bonus to the apartment ;)Utilities run as followed:Electric, $20-$30 ($60 with AC)Gas, $24-$30Internet - $50To clarify, it's a 2 bedroom apartment and I (and my dog) will be staying. My roommate is currently moving out, so I will post pictures of the apartment fully furnished once she has cleared, including her room. It's also a great size (most definitely not a closet called a room)!A little about me...I work in costumes for film and television, and I have long hours when I'm working on a project. I thoroughly enjoy working out/running, anything creative/crafty, healthy eating, cooking, various outdoor activities, and training/hanging out with my dog, Malachi. I am extremely clean (try to be better organized), and am very easy-going. I love socializing, but also understand alone time.
