Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Aurora

Hi, I am looking for a friendly female roommate. The apartment is located right off I88, near the Aurora Outlet Mall. There is a walking trail (Indian Prairie Trail) that is walking distance from the building. Close to several grocery stores and other amenities. Laundry in building (paid) as well as some secured storage space in the building. Building has security key entry. The apartment itself is clean and full of natural light. I love having my morning coffee on the sunny balcony! The apartment is furnished in all shared spaces. I am still planning on getting a breakfast table once I find the right fit! The room for rent is not furnished. My ideal roommate is nice, respectful, keeps shared areas clean, responsible, and loves animals/ cats. I have a male cat, he is very friendly to humans but does not like to be around other pets so unfortunately I can’t have anyone with another pet. MSG me here to get more details or set up a viewing!
