We are looking for a friendly person to rent the other room in our huge 1,400 sqft Pasadena, CA apartment. Balcony, lots of trees, pickleball/tennis courts adjacent plus a 10 minute walk to Trader Joe’s, Erehwon, Starbucks and more behind Lake Ave. $1,450/month and comes with a parking spot! We are a couple of working professionals in our mid/late twenties. We enjoy cooking, watching movies, and exploring LA. Our home is a super clean and relaxed environment. Sorry ya’ll, no pets :/ unless you have a small pet like a rabbit or something along those lines.
