Rent a room in El Camino Real

the room: dimensions are 8’x7’ with a closet that is 2.5’ wide and 1.5’ deep. there is a window, about 3’x4’, current roommate has a full sized bed, L-shaped desk, and full sized dresser in the room. once the current roommate moves out, the room will be deep cleaned with a fresh coat of paint so it’ll be as if first moving here is an additional closet and linen cabinets in the hallway for additional storage since the room is admittedly on the smaller he shared bathroom: full bath, hot water, good water pressure, with a medicine cabinet, vanity drawers and cabinet under the sink. there have been no issues with clogging and all amenities are up-to-date from within the last decade. the bathroom is shared with the other housemate arce (read below to get to know him).housemate 1: hi! i’m christine, currently the lady of the house, we’re looking for any gendered individual to move into one of the bedrooms. im a 25 yr old caucasian cis-gendered female, just graduated with my masters to become a therapist, and i pay additional rent for the spare room of the house to hold my art studio. i keep the house in tip-top shape, pay everything on time for everyone, and have built a solid relationship with our landlord from the last year. i have an emotional support animal named buzz—a 15lb maltese jack russel terrier mix. his mix is hypoallergenic, and he’s about 4 years old. i share the master bedroom and on-bath with my partner kyle. i’m an open book and an open communicator so if you have any questions, comments, concerns, id be happy to help and work together to make this space feel like ousemate 2: kyle is a 26 year old caucasian cis-gendered male, we met at cal poly slo’s bfa program, and he’s originally from petaluma CA. kyle’s worked as photographer and bartender and spends his free time reading, writing, playing pool, and working on creative projects. we understand living with a couple you may not know can be weird, but our relationship is based more on being friends than pda. we spend time together cooking and watching movies, but communicate with the housemates before we do anything in the communal ousemate 3: arce is a 26 yr old mexican-american queer male, who is the life of the party and makes everyone feel welcomed. i met arce while working as a mental health assistant at CHOC’s mental health inpatient center. he also works as an actor in LA, and is starting up his nursing program this fall. he’s great at communicating, thoughtful, and compassionate—he will make any shared space feel like he house: we have a medium sized backyard, a carpeted garage space that we’ve converted into a gym, and a drive way with plenty of street parking. utilities include gas, electric, internet, water, and trash, and each bill per person is around $100, so total expenses come to around $1000. the kitchen is on the smaller side which is why we communicate when making meals, with a pantry and breakfast nook. there’s a fire place in the living room, and newly-installed AC.if you’ve made it to the end of this long description, reach out, and see if this is a place you could call home for the next 6 months, or year.
