I have a room for rent and a three bedroom house. Beautiful quiet neighborhood canyon backyard the rent is 1050 plus $500 deposit no drugs or alcohol the house is shared with me and my wife and one other roommate. Looking for someone that has a stable job not retired doesn't work from home that doesn't use drugs or drink alcohol. I am on probation to come periodically to the house.
