Rent a room in Riverside

The house has 2 rooms available for rent (12ft x 12ft with a closet space. One room furnished and one is not if you want to use your own items). You will be sharing bathrooms with one other person only. Utilities and wifi are included. Plenty of parking space if needed. Light cooking is allowed. Washer & Dryer for laundry can be used for a small cost. Pretty quiet neighborhood. We just ask you to be respectful, courteous and clean up after yourself. House Rules- no smoking allowed inside- no pets- for couples (extra $250)You’ll be living with 2 different people (the owner, and one other renter).
