Rent a room in Kensington

Hi I am looking for a renter/ roommate. I am available on September 5 to show you the place in person. Preferred move in date is September 12 the earliest. A little thing about me. I’m currently a Naval Officer but getting out in 6 months. I’m doing Masters with UCSD. I live with my 12lb dog. My place is 2 bed 1bath, with kitchen, living room, and parking (1.5) The half is shared with the neighbor so first come first serve on that. The monthly includes the water, wifi, and the shared parking spot with the neighbor. It does not including the electrical bill. Preferred renter is at least 6mo to a year contract. The zipcode is 92105. My place is in a Cul-de-sac which increases sense of security because not random people get to the compound. It is a 5 min drive from the public transportation, Starbucks, 24hr taco place, 24hr jack in the box, gas station, 7eleven, grocery store, Walgreens, etc. neighboring area is Hillcrest, Kensington, Normal Heights, Mission Valley, and North Park. The room is already furnished including a height adjustable table, queen bed, chair, mirror, jewelry storage and dressing cabinet. I would love a roommate that is respectful, clean, organized, pays the rent on time and does not mind my little dog. Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment.
