Large private room (~10'x13') with closet for rent in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom townhome. $945/month plus share of BGE bill. There is plenty of off-street parking, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC, patio, wifi. The room is available immediately and the current lease ends in March 2025.The room is partially furnished with a queen sized bed, nightstand, and desk which can be left in the room if wanted or removed before move-in. The common areas are shared with one female housemate, a dog, and 2 cats. The house is kept clean and is generally pretty quiet. I do not drink/party and rarely have guests. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
