Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Santa Rosa

Hi my name is Samantha, and I have been living here since 2011. I am in need of a roomate. It would be the master bedroom available(no bathroom in room- shared bathroom) and rent plus internet and pge every month. Full cost is about $958 a month. Everything is furnished except the master bedroom. I have an 8 year old dog who is friendly to all people and he is really well behaved. Large kitchen and comfortable space. I am easy to get along with and would like to find a roomate who is reliable on rent, is clean, and likes dogs. If you have a pet it will be upon approval. You wouldn’t have a designated parking, but there is street parking available.
