Hello,I am renting a furnished room with its own private bathroom in a three-story condo. You will have access to a yoga studio I built in the garage, as well as the kitchen and living room. The condo is located across the street from Durango Casino. All utilities are included. Additionally, you will have access to the pool, jacuzzi, outdoor parking, and the gym located at the clubhouse.I am a yoga instructor and live a calm, healthy lifestyle. I am looking for a respectful, clean, and responsible roommate who will treat my home as if it were their own.I am not in a rush to rent the room I just want to find someone that is the right fit, has great energy, and makes me feel comfortable opening my space to them.
