Millennial couple with a ROOM-FOR-RENT in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house. Looking for a professional, respectful, clean, quiet person. Couples okay, but need to pay an additional $200 per month. You would have access to living room, kitchen, bathroom, and street Parking. Renting for $950 + $500 month rent security deposit. We have 2 boy cats that walk around the rest of the house (not your room). They fight sometimes, so it might be best if you have a female cat around because they don't fight females. Unfurnished room. We also have tenants that live in extensions, but they have their own bathrooms.
