There is a beautiful lake just 5 minutes by foot from property, and it is very green and lush in general in the area. Very safe neighbourhood. Propery has a big garden to be enjoyed sunny days.
The room comes complete with small double bed (cm) , a bedside table with a cozy light, a comfortable desk with chair overlooking the garden, and a sidestand/bookshelf, with a mirror at good hight. The main lighting has a remote to set intensity and colour. There is also a warderobe to hang clothes and plenty of storage possibilities under the bed.
House is shared with other long and short term renters which means good possibilities to socialize. All young and responsible people from different parts of the world. The houseshare is at the same time very clean and tidy, and people are responsible to keep it that way.
The rent for this room is 5000 including bills, if you stay minimum 6 months. If you want to stay shorter we can discuss the price depending on the length of the stay.
