THIS IS A LISTING FOR A SINGLE ROOM ONLY IN A SHARED HOUSE. THIS PRICE IS NOT FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE, THE WHOLE HOUSE IS NOT FOR RENT FOR THIS PRICE. Fun mixed (part female) group. We share the kitchen, living room, backyard, etc. GLBT-friendly. The tree's name is Sheila. She is our air-conditioning. About the cost: All utilities included. Generally, this covers: Water/gas/sewer, electric, internet (100 MB), cable, wifi, trash/recycling, cleaning products, laundry detergent/dryer sheets/stain stuff & paper products (TP/towels/tissues/printer paper). Cleaning service & yard maintenance included. First & last months' rent, no deposit/lease. We accept PayPal/venmo etc. and cash. We cannot accept checks or money orders. About the details: Rooms are single occupancy only - no couples. We love kitties but two housemates are deathly allergic, sorry. Non-bedroom furnishings in bedrooms not allowed, i. e. mini-fridges, microwaves, coffee pots, hot plates, sofas, couches, etc. Smoking (anything) outside only. No open flames on the premises. Vaping inside OK as long as the smell does not bother any of the housemates. If you prefer to hide in your room, this may not be the right living situation for you. We are social on occasion, and often make dinner/have parties that include the whole house. Likewise, if you're not comfortable being around/living with GLBT folks (or don't know what that acronym means), you won't enjoy it here.
