Rent a room of 35 m² in Huddinge

This newly renovated apartment of 35 square meters is on the ground floor of our villa. It has its
own entrance and you have your own kitchen and bathroom. Then you also have access to a
laundry room, parking space and patio with barbecue. It is fully equipped.
Our house is located in a residential area 15 km south of downtown Stockholm. It takes 15 minutes
to get there by car or 30-40 minutes by public transport. We live 2 km from Farsta Strand where
you have both Tunnelbana (metro) and Pendeltåg (commuter train). If you don’t want to walk to
Farsta Strand there is a bus 100 m from our house. Unfortunately it only goes every 30 minutes in
the evening/weekends (4-5 times/hour during rush hours).
There are two single beds and these can easily be moved together to form a double bed. Then a
sofa can also function as a sofa bed. There is a dining table with three chairs. Large smart TV and
plenty of storage space. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower. A laundry room is available
next to the apartment. Fast WiFi for those who want to work or watch series or sports.
The biggest advantage is the area where we live. A very quiet area with beautiful nature, but still
close to central Stockholm. The proximity to nature is special. In summer, lake Magelungen is a
popular swimming and fishing lake. Many of the residents have a boat and we are often out
kayaking or SUP paddling. Something that you can of course also do. Just south of the area is
Lake Ågestasjön. A popular lake among bird watchers. South of Ågestasjön lies Balingsta and the
beautiful Lännskogen (forest). We go there every week to take long forest walks with the dogs.
If you are instead looking for shopping and other attractions, the Farsta Mall is on the other side
of Magelungen. There are about 150 stores
