The room is in the back of the condo so it gets a nice breeze in the summer. The shared spaces(Kitchen, Living Room, Bathroom, and Rear Deck) are all fully furnished. You are more than welcome to bring any additional furniture for your bedroom. We have a renovated airy kitchen with a lot of sunshine shining through which is perfect for hosting small parties. Our inviting living space offers the perfect setting for enjoyable evenings, whether it's gathering for games, settling in for a movie, or simply unwinding with a good book.There is off-street parking and no residential sticker is needed. No smoking allowed inside, can use the private rear deck.
