Rent 3 bedroom house in Warren

Hello,I have a 3 bedroom house located near 12 mile & VanDyke . I am looking for 1 roommate who works full time or can prove steady income coming in. Must have a drivers license with transportation I am hoping to find someone with a similar outlook on life like I do. The bedroom is only 10 x 9 but I have another spare room to put things as well as a garage that has lots of room left in it.I am getting older and times are tough and it makes it very hard to save money with retirement around the corner. If you one who likes to save and is ok with living simple then you might be the right candidate.My house by all means is not all way updated but is in process. Just need a paint job! It’s a very quiet and safe street. Most neighbors are stay home folks who keep a keen eye on everything.I am asking first month’s rent and an additional $550 to move in. It’s ready for immediate occupancy. Security deposit will be returned at the end of the lease. You can’t be too safe these days so you have to be ok with a basic background check. I don’t do illegal drugs nor do I have any sort of criminal record. The room comes with a Mounted TV and a dresser. There is a lot of shelving to hold lots of things. The only big item you would need would be a bed. Serious inquiries only.
