Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Lakeview

Hi everyone !!My Roomate and I are looking for a 3rd roomate to resign our lease. We live in a 3bed/1bath apartment. The lease starts beginning of July and will be a 1 year lease. You'd be living 2 nice, clean and respectful male roomates. We are very friendly and do a lot of activities together: baseball games, bars, restaurants, golf range… The apartment is located in Wrigley /boystown. It is very safe and fun, there is many grocery shops withing 5 min walk ( Jewel Osco, Whole Foods, Walgreens…) and many bars arround as well!! We are located only 5min away walk from Addison CTA and have many Bus line arround (bus 8,36 and others).Also we are located only 10 min walk away from the lake ☀️ 🌊 Rent is 875$ without utilities, it is usually approximatively 50$ a month for Electricity and wifi.
