Rent 3 bedroom house in Edgewater

Hi, I’m renting one of my spare bedrooms out. Currently there are two of us living here, myself and another male. Bathroom would be shared with the other roomate . Located in the safe and beautiful neighborhood of Larchmont/Edgewater. We are a 5 minute walk to ODU and 5 min drive to Norfolk Naval. If need be, room can be furnished with a bed frame and shelving.I am a student at ODU. I live cleanly and am respectful to other roommates. I am looking for roommates who share the same values. The other roomate is also a respectable young man and has a friendly cat.
