Rent 2 bedroom house in Sunland Village

One room for rent in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house.This is my house and I am a 27 year old female. You would have your own bathroom (that would also be the guest bathroom) but it is not attached to the bedroom but is about 10 steps away from it. Easy access to the US-60 which makes commuting anywhere very easy.Parking available in the driveway and garage.Walking distance (When it's not a billion degrees) to Dana Park.Shared communal space includes the living room, backyard, and kitchen.70 inch TV in the living room with access to HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus.Price includes all utilities as well.If you are looking for a furnished room, we can discuss the possibility of that. As of right now, it is unfurnished.Community pool that you will have access to.There is a 6 year old Husky/Australian Shepherd that lives in the house and loves people and LOVES cats. Also gets along well with other dogs.If you have a cat, there is an enclosed side patio that could work as a 'Catio'. I will be traveling for three weeks, end of September - mid october. I travel a lot and the ideal candidate would be someone who could make sure the dog is fed when I am gone. That means there will be a lot of time where you will be the only occupant. I work a hybrid schedule so there are days when I will be working from home. There is currently a doggy door as well.No hard drugs. 420 friendly. You are welcome to have visitors but guests staying over 2 nights in a row will have to be discussed beforehand. Couples considered if disclosed beforehand. I do have a boyfriend who comes over sometimes as well. Extra shed for storage space in the backyard.
