Location
This sharing apartment has a great location at Na Cihelna - only 2 minutes walking distance from the University. We can find many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores there (such as Lidl, Albert, etc.) The city centre is easily reached by a nice 15min walk or only few minutes by bus (bus stop is located just 2min by walking from the house). As a great tip for a trip - we recommend you to visit Kunětická Hora castle, located just 10 minutes by car.
Layout
After entering the apartment, we can find the room on the front of the entrance room and it is oriented to the east. In the main hallway there are closets with storage space, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Across the hallway there is a kitchen and three separate rooms.
Furnishing
This room is being offered with basic equipment with the loggia. The room is painted with white colour and furnished. There is a new floating floor. The following equipment: a bed with a mattress, a lamp, a table and a chair, wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances - electric oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer and dining table with chairs. The bathroom has a washing machine.
Facilities
This house is clean, safe and energy efficient. There's an elevator . The apartment has its own loggia, storage for bycicles and a cellar for storing other equipments.
Price
Rent of this room is 8000 CZK plus 2000 CZK for the utilities (internet is included). The security deposit is 10 000 CZK. Commission is 10 000 CZK. 
Conditions
The owners requires non smokers with no pets for the long term rental. The room is available from 1st June 2024, ideal for a student.  The owners reserves the right to select the tenant according to the criteria chosen by them.
