This four bedroom student only house share is just being prepared for the upcoming academic year .. The price of £95 per week is per room and is inclusive of bills subject to fair usage. Each room comes fully furnished with a bed with mattress, wardrobe, chest of draws and a flat screen TV. Each room also has it's own en-suite with w/c, basin and shower cubicle. The communal area is an open plan room with the kitchen, dining room and sitting area all in one making this the perfect house for socialising whilst having the option of your own privacy. All rooms are available with two on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
