House is located in a nice quiet area gated community (I will provide a gate opener) room is furnished no mattress and has a microwave and private bathroom. The room is in the farthest corner of the house facing the street so it's the quietest room in the house for sure. Parking in the driveway for one car only. Washer and dryer available. Room comes with use of backyard and pool, water slide, and waterfall there's outdoor furniture for lounging. Bathroom has double sinks. This won't last long, available July 1st. Screening requires background check and credit check necessary come check it out!! Sorry pets are not allowed our dogs don't play well with other animals!!
