I love hosting small gatherings (game & movie nights, themed dinners), vibing to local music, reading in a botanical garden, & hiking. I usually go to sleep sometime 9-11p. m. & wake-up 5-7a. m. (because the cats won't let me forget to feed them). The landlord requires a Credit Score of Target 720/Minimum 690.
