Roommate Needed For 2 Bedroom- Move 7/22!

Hello!I’m currently in a 1 bedroom and in the application process for a 2 bedroom. To hold the 2 bedroom I want, I need a future awesome roommate! Would love to meet you and show you around this awesome place this weekend and if we think it’s a great fit you can fill out the app and we can move forward!Looking for a roommate to either take the master bedroom with ensuite, bigger closet, designated parking space or the other room with separate bathroom, smaller closet and no reserved parking. I’m open to either and what we think is fair rent distribution. I have all living room furniture, you would just need your bedroom furniture.Amazing complex with 2 resort-style pools, 2 hot tubs, Yoga/Pilates studio, tennis and pickle ball courts, gym, pool table, shuffle board, etc. The best part for me hands down is the 15 minute walk path to the beach (or 2 min drive).I don’t have indoor photos yet bc the resident is still in there, but did get an outdoor photo of the deck. The unit is top floor with vaulted ceilings. Look forward to hopefully connecting soon!
