Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Sacramento

The apartment is very close to Sacramento State, so perfect for a student going there. There are currently two people in the three bedroom, myself and another roommate. We are looking for someone who we can get along with, preferably someone around our age (22 and 23). There is a bunny and a cat in the apartment as well. Both myself and the other roommate are into playing video games. I read books/comics.
