LAYOUT
The apartment is located on the second floor. Upon entering, immediately on the left is the practical kitchen which also gives access to the shared balcony overlooking the Forum. At the rear is also the first room, which has large French doors. At the front of the building is the second room, which has a view over the canals of Groningen and has enough space for a bed, sofa and table. Finally, on this floor is the toilet.
On the third floor are the other two rooms, a room at the front and a room at the back. Both rooms have enough space for a bed, a table and possibly a couch. The room at the back also has a private balcony. Finally, the bathroom is also located on this floor.
It is possible to rent this house with four students, but of course it is also possible to rent the house with three people and turn one of the rooms into a shared living room.

The rental price of the house is €1,795 exclusive. You are responsible for the utilities. The deposit is equal to one month's rent.
