We (BeX [f] & Atoro [m]) have just signed a year lease on a beautiful house in N. Park Hill and are seeking a 3rd amazing female roommate to join us.We’re friends, approaching the house-search intentionally. Aligned on creating a real home / sanctuary space for our lives for the next year.What this means: Home is a welcoming, safe, and supportive space. Kind-hearted, communicative, emotionally mature, assuming positive intent, and collectively grounded. Our intention is to have a living space - meaning exist and be yourself, live your life here, have your friends over. Respect and easeful space for recuperation are important. About Us: BeX is a mental health counselor who has been practicing in the area for over 12 years and Atoro is a UX Designer and former dance teacher who has just arrived in Colorado. We come with an adorable 10 yr old pup named Rumi who barely barks and is the sweetest soul - you’ll fall in love with her.☺️The House: A beautiful 4BD/2BA in N Park Hill - the pictures really don’t do it justice. There’s an open floor plan and a lush and beautiful backyard (something we’re really excited about!!)..You would be sharing a bathroom. And Atoro’s office will also be converted into a guest room for when friends/chosen family are in from out of town.Details: $825 rent & ⅓ of utilities, +$825 deposit. 1-year lease. Washer/Dryer. No additional pets. Ideal roommate: Looking for a *female roommate, 30s+, clean/tidy (we are, but not obsessively so - home is supposed to be a comfortable place), non-smoker, non-WFH preferred. Related: We’re comfortable with some recreational drug use and weed use if it’s a sometimes thing in the home, not a lifestyle), thoughtful, open communicator- if things come up we just talking about them, and of course good energy.Things we hope to prevent❌: passive aggressiveness, Walking on eggshells, a house energy that shuts out the world, assumptions, assuming negative intent.If the above calls to you, please feel free to reach out.
