As Oy Keravan Solina is located in the centre of Kerava at Seunalantie 11. The property is centrally located right next to the various services in the centre of Kerava. Kerava train station, schools, kindergartens, sports and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Excellent transport connections, less than half an hour to Helsinki by train and 20 minutes to the airport by car.
The apartments are bright and functional and well-equipped. The apartments have a dishwasher, light-coloured plank flooring and a glazed balcony. All balconies overlook the green courtyard. In addition to a separate storage room for your belongings, there are also shared storage facilities, a drying room, a sauna and a gym. Parking spaces are available for rent separately.
The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The security deposit is 350€. The water payment is included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance. The rent includes 10M internet connection. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and public areas. The right to make changes is reserved.
