Seeking a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment, starting September 1st, near Oak Square, Brighton. I’ve lived here 5 years but am looking for a new roommate. - The vacant bedroom is large (roughly 14’ x 13’) and unfurnished. The whole apartment, approximately 1200 square feet, is the top floor of a house- Common areas: 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, sunroom, and an office/hobby room. The common areas are mostly furnished but there’s room for more furniture - It’s $1250 per month ($2500 split in half) plus utilities which are typically $ including electric, gas, water, and internet. - Perks: no broker fee, free street parking, free washer and dryer in the basement, a short walk to several buses and restaurants/bars/shops, lots of windows and natural light, very quiet street/neighborhood, and ample closet/storage space. - About me: a young professional man in his early 30s, relatively neat/clean, quiet, and progressive. I enjoy board games, reading, local music, and rock climbing. - Notes: I have cats and work from home most days. The first two pictures are of the vacant bedroom which currently functions as a second living room. The landlord is very responsive to help with any issues.
