Private bedroom with closet and attached private bathroom on first floor of two-story house. Shared living spaces include kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and exercise room. Greenhouse and raised bed garden is available for shared use. Attached garage is set up as a workshop, storage available in attic. Rent includes utilities/internet. Starting off with a month-to-month lease with the possibility of a longer lease after a few months if we get along well. I am active duty Navy. All of the space on the first floor other than your room and bathroom are shared spaces. Your room is the one that currently has a sofa and a desk in it, which will be removed before you move in. My room and bathroom are on the second floor. My girlfriend recently purchased a house close by so I am not at the house very often. I have a thriving garden/greenhouse and you are welcome to plant what you would like in the extra space. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Very close to Gate 22 of Norfolk Naval Station, easy to get on/off base with very little traffic any time of day.
