Rent a room in Bixby Knolls

I hope you're doing well! I have a small, fully furnished room available that I'd like to rent out on a weekly basis. The room includes a bed, TV, and dresser. You will have full access to the whole house and WiFi and utilities included. My goal is to initially rent it weekly to see if transitioning to a monthly arrangement would be suitable.
