Rent 4 bedroom house in Vancouver

Spare bedroom in quiet suburban neighborhood.Has bed and desk and a piano and dresser We are empty nesters. Married 24 years. Looking to make it not quite so empty. 2 cats Doesn't have it's own bathroom, but the main bathroom is right next to it. We have our own laundry room you can use of course. We are not wanting to bring in drama or drugs. It's a nice home so we need someone respectful of the space. Clean up after yourself.
