We have one room available in our house in La Habra (near Fullerton, Anaheim, Brea, Buena Park). The rent for this room is $1090 plus utilities (which we split evenly). The room is 10'x10' and you would be sharing a large bathroom with one roommate. There is a fully fenced backyard, a washer/dryer, a garage, a shed for extra storage, a fireplace, and guaranteed parking. Must be able to sign a year-long lease starting June 21st. This is a single-occupancy room.A little about us: We range from 27-29 years old. We have a dog named Riku, so being a dog lover is a must! Unfortunately, no other pets please. We love going to concerts, going to the beach, going to Disneyland, and trying new restaurants.
