We turned our flat into a great studio apartment. To fulfill our wishlist we designed the bathroom inside a cube making the most of the whole space. Situated in the 4th floor it is bright, calm and offers an open view across the next rooftops into the sky. The flat has old Berlin hardwood floors throughout.
Our recently renovated apartment features a combined bedroom and living area. You can prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. You have a bathroom with a shower, towels and laundry reck. In the kitchen you have a washing machine.
It is even a wonderful workspace. You have free wireless LAN. The cozy bed invites you to read a book and relax. You have the choice to turn the bed into a single or a double bed. The bedding can be stowed away during the day in bed box. A wardrobe and a shelv help to accommodate all your stuff easily.
If you like to ride a bike, you can have one of ours. Or you take one of our longboards for a trip on the huge airfield that is super close – just one block away.

Our comfortable apartment is centrally located and only a stone's throw away from Tempelhof Field – the biggest urban green space in Europe. Here at trendy Schillerkiez you will find an international and inspiring neighbourhood with more new cafés, bars and restaurants that one can keep tracking of.
Visit the small shops and the organic market on weekends or do sports like kyting, skating, jogging or just enjoy the most spectacular sunsets in the Tempelhof park.
Its ideal for exploring everything that this great city has to offer. Be in the city center easy and fast with direct subway connection. U-Bahn Leinestraße (underground) is only a 5 minutes walk away.
For Schoenefeld or Tegel airport take a car (25 minutes) or go by underground - both in the shortest time. Our apartment is in fact very well located.

We, Martina and Frieder, work as authors and filmmakers. We live here in the house and are always easy to reach if you need help or support.
We speak German, English, Spanish, Italian and French.
Rules:
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. It is a quiet residential house. Celebrating parties is not allowed. We ask for respectful interaction with neighbors. The Internet may NOT be used for any downloads or illegal distribution of copyrighted material. Permanent residents are not allowed to stay with you. If you want to stay at our studio apartment with your partner an extra fee of 55,00 Euro per month will be charged. The security deposit is one month's rent. You will get it back when you move out and if there is no damage. In addition there is a charge of 80,00 Euros for a final cleaning upon departure.

Das Apartment kombiniert Wohn- und Schlafbereich miteinander. Ein Highlight ist die offene Küche, welche mit Töpfen, Pfannen und Geschirr voll ausgestattet ist. Im Badezimmer befinden sich Handtücher und ein Wäscheständer - in der Küche befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung ist mit dem ausziehbaren Bett für bis zu zwei Personen geeignet. Die Bettwäsche kann tagsüber im Bettkasten verstaut werden. zudem sind im Kleiderschrank und dem Regal genug Platz für alle Sachen.
Das helle und gemütliche Apartment ist zentral gelegen und nur einen Katzensprung vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Hier im Schillerkiez kann man nicht nur die Café ́s und Bars genießen, die kleinen Läden und den Biomarkt am Wochenende besuchen, sondern auch Sport machen, Kyten, Joggen oder die spektakulärsten Sonnenuntergänge im Park beobachten. Der Schillerkiez ist ein lebendiger, internationaler und inspirierender Ort.
