Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Spring Valley

Hey there I’m Stephanie. I have a 2bd/2ba nice private fully furnished apt literally neighboring Gold Coast, Palms, the Rio. Walk next door to smoke shop/liquor market. Plenty of unassigned carport parking RIGHT outside the apt. Bedroom is furnished w a big screen TV that comes with Roku (YouTube, Netflix, etc) queen bed/with bedding, sheets, two nightstands, a HUGE closet and has its own bathroom.. your room is on opposite side of the apartment seperated by a large living room/couches/large TV, full kitchen, and patio that opens to parking and the casino! Very Large apt complex w/pool and jacuzzi, 24 hr gym complete w weights, treadmills, TVs and even showers. Very large apt complex I usually stay in my room if I don’t go out and my hours are sometimes very random (rly late/early) but the kitchen is the only place I rly go in the pad besides my room. OH! I do smoke in my room and don’t mind if you smoke in yours either! I am very clean though and never leave dirty dishes etc, and hope the same from you is all! ❤️ Whatever you do as long as you keep it clean and don’t have parties. I dont have random people over, but if someone is visiting you in your room, I am not your parent just be respectful. Also, I am ok with a couple moving in, but the price will be 1200/mo! I have a chihuahua who is very sweet and would love if you are a dog lover and don’t mind hanging out w her sometimes if im not around! . if you have a car that is a plus, but if not, I have a fully insured registered car and wouldn’t mind helping give you rides sometimes! I won’t be in your business/come and go as you please, lol. I like my privacy but am super cool and fun to hang with if we do lol. I moved here from LA alone Jan.2021.
