As Oy Vantaan Välke on valmistunut Tikkurilaan heinäkuussa 2018. Tikkurilan kattavat palvelut kuten Kauppakeskus Dixi ja juna-asema sijaitsevat vain noin kilometrin päässä. Lähistöltä löytyvät myös mm. päiväkoti, koulu, useita ravintoloita sekä vehreät polut ulkoiluun Keravanjoen varressa. Kyseessä on 7-kerroksinen, hissillinen asuinkerrostalo.
Asuinhuoneiden lattiamateriaalina on laminaattilattia ja kylpyhuoneessa laattalattia. Yksi asunnon seinistä on ns. tehosteseinä, harmaa sävyltään. Asunnoissa on joko lasitettu parveke tai ranskalainen parveke ja asuntojen ikkunoissa on sälekaihtimet. Keittiön varusteluun kuuluvat keraaminen liesi, astianpesukone sekä jääkaappipakastin. Vuokrasopimus tehdään toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi. Vakuus on 1 kk vuokraa vastaava ja vakuudeksi hyväksytään vain rahavakuus. Vesimaksu 20 €/hlö/kk, vesimaksu on kiinteä ja sitä ei tasata. Vuokralainen tekee itse sähkösopimuksen ja sitoutuu ottamaan laajan kotivakuutuksen. Tupakointi huoneistoissa ja yleisissä tiloissa on kielletty. Lemmikit sallittu. As Oy Vantaan Välke was completed in Tikkurila in July 2018. It is a 7-storey apartment building equipped with an elevator. The wide range of services in Tikkurila, such as the Dixi shopping centre and the train station, are only about a kilometre away. There is also a kindergarten, a school, several restaurants and a lovely nature trail along the nearby river.
The living rooms have laminate flooring and the bathroom are tiled. One of the walls of the apartment is a gray effect wall. The apartments have either a glazed balcony or a French balcony and the windows have blinds. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The heating system is water-circulation radiator heating. The bathroom floors have comfort heating connected to the apartment's electricity.
Shared facilities include several storahe areas, a drying room and a sauna area. Every apartment also has its own apartmen-specific storahe unit. Parking spaces are located in the garage and are rented separately depending on the reservation situation.

The rental agreement is valid until further notice. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent and only money deposit is accepted. Water fee is 20 €/person/month. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity contract and committed to taking out comprehensive home insurance. The rent includes 50M internet connection. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and public areas. Pets are allowed. The right to make changes is reserved.
