Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 24 m² in Tampere

Yhdeksänkerroksisen Adelen 1-3h kodit ovat kooltaan 24,5 – 66,5 m2. Asuntojen lattiat ovat kestävää vinyylilankkua ja kylpyhuoneet laatoitettuja. 24,5 – 36 m2 asuntojen keittiöissä on varusteena 2-levyinen induktioliesitaso, mikro-uuniyhdistelmä, integroitu astianpesukone sekä jääkaappi pakastelokerolla. Suurempien asuntojen keittiöissä on 4-levyinen induktioliesitaso, kalusteuuni, integroitu astianpesukone sekä jääkaappipakastin ja varaus mikrolle.
Kylpyhuoneessa on varaus ja liitännät pyykinpesukoneelle ja kuivausrummulle sekä mukavuuslattialämmitys, joka on kytketty huoneiston sähköön.
Asunnoissa on terassi tai lasitettu parveke. Osassa 2. kerroksen asunnoista on lisäksi huoneistopiha.
Taloyhtiössä asukkaiden käytössä on sauna, pesutupa, kuivaushuone ja ulkoiluvälinevarasto. Jokaiselle asunnolle oma irtainvarasto.
Erikseen vuokrattavana rajallinen määrä autohallipaikkoja (60 €/kk). Varaus sähköauton latauslaitteiston asentamiselle (vuokralaisen itse kustantamana).
Toistaiseksi voimassa oleva sopimus, irtisanomisaika AHVL:n mukainen yksi kuukausi. Vakuus kuukauden vuokraa vastaava. Vesimaksu 20 €/hlö/kk. Vuokraan sisältyy 10 M laajakaistayhteys. Lemmikit sallittu, tupakointi kielletty huoneistossa, yleisissä tiloissa ja parvekkeilla.
Vuokralainen tekee oman sähkösopimuksen sekä sitoutuu ottamaan kotivakuutuksen. Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.

The housing company Tampereen Adele is located in Ranta-Tampella right by the lake Näsijärvi. Here you get to enjoy the spectacular sunsets, views and recreational opportunities of various kinds. Bus stops are located in front of the building, city center is 15 minutes’ walk away and by own car you reach the highway (Rantaväylä – runs under the surface in a long tunnel) in two minutes. A grocery store is 200m away.
9-floor Adele consists of one to three room apartments ranging from 24,5m to 66,5m. The apartment floors are of durable vinyl blank and the bathrooms of ceramic tile. Apartments in range 24–36 m2 are equipped with a 2-unit induction stove, micro-oven combination, integrated dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezing compartment. Larger apartments feature a 4-unit induction stove, integrated oven, integrated dishwasher and a refrigerator-freezer and a place for a microwave. In bathroom there is a place for a laundry machine and a drying machine and also the floor can be heated (consumption is charged along with tenant’s other electricity use). Apartments feature a terrace or a glass-sheltered balcony. Some of the 2nd floor apartments also feature a yard.
Tenants get to use sauna, laundry room, drying room and a storage for outdoor equipment. There is an individual storage for each apartment. Limited availability for parking hall spaces (60€/month). A capability for installing a car recharge station (costs paid by tenant).
The rental agreement is valid until further notice, with a notice period of one month. The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. The water payment 20 €/person/month. 10M internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are allowed, smoking prohibited on balconies and indoors the property. The tenant is responsible for arranging their own electricity agreement and is required to have an extensive home insurance.
