The fine sandy beach is only 200 metres away, while even closer there are platforms on the rocks for access to the sea. The terraced house has a comfortable veranda at the front and a comfortable outdoor area at the back of about 80 square metres equipped with table, chairs and barbeque. The two-storey villa consists on the ground floor of a comfortable living/dining room, a convenient kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms, the second bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the beautiful sea. The house, thanks to its proximity to Noto, the undisputed capital of Baroque, becomes an ideal base for visiting the beautiful beaches nearby such as "Calamosche", "Vendicari", Marzamemi or for visiting the beauty of south-eastern Sicily such as Syracuse and its Ortigia, the seaside village of Marzamemi, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, etc..
