We are a professional married couple looking for someone to rent one of our rooms in our 2 bed 2 bath apartment. One of us will be there for work 2/3 nights midweek and we may use our room occasionally at weekends but you’ll have the place pretty much to yourself. The building needs to verify 2 years tenancy history plus credit check. Great building and the best most quiet apartment in the whole building, right at the gates of Runyon Canyon- rooftop pool, hot tub, bbq deck. Can provide most furniture or flexible if you have your own. You can choose which room - one has views of DTLA.
