Rent 1 bedroom house in Fort Lauderdale

I have available a clean and cozy room, in a very safe, gated, private community. I am looking for a very specific type of person to rent a room to;A) Looking for someone who is also somewhat introverted. Someone friendly, communicative, but also like their personal time and space. B) A person who is capable of being a neat-freak in, expects the same, and wont settle for anything less. Shared bathroom means you leaving it as clean as you found it is a must. C) You appreciate a quite home. And contribute to a maintaining a quiet home. No loud music, slamming doors/drawers, etc. D) If you smoke cigarettes, vape, Juul, or anything of the sort, even if its on your own time when you are not home this is not the place for you. Please have no history of any drug or alcohol abuse. 420 friendly.Sorry for the all rules, but I know what it takes to maintain a pleasant environment.
