Rent a room in Arvada

Currently renting TWO private rooms connected by a private bath for $1400. Both rooms are fully furnished but furniture can be removed at your request! These two rooms are on the top floor of 3 story home located in a quiet neighborhood in Arvada. Amenities of this house include: shared fully furnished kitchen and common room (appliances included), beautiful back yard with a garden and patio, garage used for storage and shared laundry. The tenants are one couple located in the basement room and one solo tenant and pup on the top floor, all tenants are in their mid 20s. We are all clean, courteous, easy going people that enjoy cooking, concerts and outdoor activities. We have all become great friends and love creating a great household environment. This house is located about 5 minutes away from olde town Arvada, 15 minutes away from downtown Denver and 25 minutes away from Boulder. There is easy access to all highways which makes getting to mountains like Copper and Vail a breeze. We are walking distance away from a grocery store and bus/train station. We are currently looking for one or two roommates to occupy these rooms, open to couples, friends or a solo tenant. We are dog friendly and can have one more dog on the lease.
