A bright and stylish garden flat south of the city centre. My town house flat was built around 1900 and has lots of character. It has recently been refurbished to the highest modern standards and all furnishings are brand new. It is in the beautiful leafy area of The Grange/Newington (one of the city's most desirable neighbourhoods) and is a very short journey to the city centre. It is a great location for accessing many of the Edinburgh's main attractions and close to the University. The space My main door garden flat is the ground floor of a traditional Edinburgh town house. As you enter my home you will walk into the hallway with storage space, leading on to the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. This area feels bright and spacious. The kitchen is fitted to the highest specs and features everything you'll need for your stay, including glassware, crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and stove. There is also tea, coffee (including ground coffee and cafetière - I never start the day without coffee!) and milk available for guests. There is a dining table beside the window as well as a breakfast bar. In the living area there is a large comfortable sofa, Smart TV and Bose bluetooth speaker. There is a spacious hallway, including the winding staircase that was part of the original house. Both bedrooms have the original sash and case windows (one with working shutters), overlook the garden and have comfortable double beds and cleaners place fresh, hotel-quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. The large modern bathroom has a bath and shower. There is also a private back garden for you to enjoy. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.
