From the moment you walk through the front door, you'll appreciate that this is a home of very high standards, where everything is great quality. The owners of this home were Dickins guests for a number of months so they understand what guests need. They have thought of the guest experience when furnishing and equipping their magnificent home. All your comforts have been considered.You enter through your own front door into the hallway. To the right is the beautiful master bedroom. There you'll find a superking bed, plenty of built in storage and a fantastic ensuite with a shower and a bath which has a TV. Perfect for a relaxing soak and binge watch! To the left of the front door is the second bedroom. This is smaller, but again is a lovely room with a kingsize bed and plenty of built in storage. The room is narrow and so you can only access the bed from one side. There is a shower room with underfloor heating.At the end of the hallway you'll find the magnificent living space. These rooms are elegantly decorated and very comfortable. It will be lovely to entertain here. The sitting area has two comfy sofas and a wall mounted smart TV which has Sky Sport and Sky Movies. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking at home. You'll find a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a dishwasher and microwave. Off the living space is a conservatory which has an attractive dining table to seat six as well as a desk. There is also a utility cupboard off the conservatory which has a washer dryer. There are a couple of supermarkets on Shandwick Place and an M&S food in Haymarket Station. You're a short walk from Princes Street and George Street. There's a tram stop two minutes from the apartment too. &
