The entrance is on the second floor. The spacious living room is situated at the front of the apartment, overlooking the street and is accessed via the hall. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area. The two bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment and have two large patio doors that provide access to the balcony. Also at the rear is the kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, built-in oven and gas hob. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and a sink.

LOCATION
The neighborhood is surrounded by lots of greenery and is a short distance from the Amsterdamse Bos, the Vondelpark and the Beatrixpark. The house is quietly located and all conveniences within the city are easily accessible.
