Rent a room in Vallejo

I have two rooms id like to rent out this big house is not being used by myself but only half the time and id like to offer space for those that would like it. I have another house i am at about half the time.Very clean home home has new hard wood floors, crown molding and new paint throughout.Washer and dryer on site One room is larger than the other both have shelving in closet as well as ceiling fans.House is big and quiet with plenty of space large backyard plenty of parking all utilities paid including internet house has large kitchen with granite countertops 2 shared bathrooms skylight in bathroom nice views from both bedrooms
